The Riverwalk Center Location: 150 West Adams AvenuePhone: 970-547-3100 The Riverwalk Center in Downtown Breckenridge is a hub for various events and entertainment. Experience the Sounds of Summer presented by NRO (National Repertory Orchestra), BMI (Breckenridge Music Institute Orchestra), Blue River Series and The Town of Breckenridge. Sitting by the Blue River in the morning or afternoon you can hear The National Repertory Orchestra practicing in the tent at the center. Their concerts are typically offered on Wednesday and Saturday evenings throughout the summer. The Breckenridge Music Institute Orchestra led by Maestro Gerhardt Zimmerman is known for entertaining audiences with their out-of-this-world chamber and orchestral music. The Blue River Series offers such entertainment as pianist George Winston, The Dark Star Orchestra, jam bands Vinyl and Particle as well as various other varieties. The Town of Breckenridge offers other attractions at The Riverwalk Center such as the International Snow Sculpture Championships, Vintage Car Show, Breckenridge Festival of Film, the Ski Swap and other fun for the family and kids.
