Hike with the Kids - Dillon Old Dillon Reservoir Trail The perfect trail to hike with the youngsters! To access this and other easy yet scenic trails around Lake Dillon in Summit County, exit the first Frisco / Breckenridge exit (#203) from Denver and turn left onto the Dillon Dam at the first stop light in Frisco. Continue for one mile till you reach Heaton Bay Campground. Park and look for a trailhead on the left. Because this trail faces the sun it dries quickly and is a perfect hike in the spring time.
