Condo is beautifully furnished with luxurious new leather sofas (2 queen beds) and love seat. Incredible king mattress in bedroom. (Our guests check the brand to buy same mattress for their homes!) This immaculate condo was just repainted (walls and ceilings) April 2003 and bathroom retiled at same time. Washer/dryer in condo (only 4 units in entire complex have own washer/dryer!) No need to leave the privacy of your condo to use the coin operated w/d down the hall! One of two nicest condos in entire complex. Others just don't compare!
Skiing, snowboarding, dining & shopping just does not get any more convenient! Walk anywhere in Breck in 10 minutes! Shuttle to all of Summit County, Keystone, Factory stores, rec center from bus stop just 100 ft away! Heated underground parking for your vehicle. No additional charge for parking.
