The unit sleeps 6-10 people and had a very flexible sleeping arrangement if you had 2 families. There is even a stackable washer/dryer in the unit. A gas BBQ grill located on the balcony for your enjoyment.

The living room has plush comfortable furniture that surrounds the TV/DVD and Gas Fireplace. The unit is decorated in a southwestern motif and has lodge like deer antler accents for lights.
