Built in 2001, this deluxe property's downtown location is only 150 yards from the Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9. Also, all the activities of Main Street are just a short 1/2 block walk. The building offers heated underground garage parking, elevator access, private ski lockers, outdoor hot tub and a fitness room. In the lobby, guests also enjoy the beautiful views while relaxing in front of the fireplace. Each condominium affords a private deck with a town or mountain view. Some of our two and three bedrooms feature private outdoor hot tubs on the decks. All units feature gas fireplaces and designer kitchens featuring stainless steel appliances, slate tile flooring, pine cabinets and granite countertops. DEPOSIT POLICY: An advance deposit equal to 35% of the cost of lodging is due at time of booking to guarantee reservations, of which $100 is non-refundable. Final payment is automatically charged to your credit card on file 45 days prior to arrival.
