This family friendly home is perfect for winter or summer. Located one block from Main Street, it's an easy walk to town. Enjoy shopping, restaurants, festivals, concerts and other events without the hassle of parking. With it's location on the ski shuttle route, and only two blocks from the new gondola in town (5 minute walk), getting to the slopes is easy. Large enough for a crowd, this house is perfect for multi-family vacations.

Picture a wooded neighborhood east of Main Street. Breckhouse has five bedrooms and two baths. The downstairs is an open floor plan with kitchen, dining room and family room. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and enjoying cozy meals at home. The dining room has a large table and is flanked by wall to wall windows affording a fantastic view of the mountains. The family room has plenty of seating, stone fireplace, cable TV, DVD/VCR, stereo, wireless hight speed internet access and cathedral ceiling.

Downstairs are three bedrooms. The primary bedroom on this floor has a queen bed. The other two rooms have bunk beds and a daybed with trundle. One large bathroom with a tub/shower accommodates these three rooms. The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer and there is extra space in the garage for sports equipment.

The upstairs has a large master bedroom with king size bed, sitting room and master bathroom. The second bedroom is large with two queen sized beds and an attached bath. The upstairs hall overlooks the main living area. Each of these rooms has a view.

The house has a one car garage, space for three cars in the driveway and a front deck. The fenced backyard is large, flat and enjoys a mountain view. For those who enjoy winter sports, soothe away the aches and pains of a day on the mountain with a soak in the eight person hot tub. During the more mild seasons, the BBQ grill and table and chairs on the back deck make meal time a party.

Rental Policy
We accept reservations by email or phone. A 50% deposit is required to reserve the house, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
