This spacious 4-bedroom, 2 & ½ bathroom house is located in the heart of all major ski resorts (Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, Loveland, Arapahoe Basin) of Summit County, Colorado and only minutes away from factory outlet stores. It is 1 hour 20 min away from Denver and 2 hours 20 min from Denver International Airport.

An open plan living/dining room, large kitchen, comfortable family room with TV, board games and books provide for an excellent retreat place for a family or group of friends.

Close to national forest and hiking trails, the house stands in the middle of Mesa Cortina community among pine trees and aspens. You can snow shoe or hike spectacular Buffalo Mountain right from the back porch.

RENTAL POLICY:
3 nights is the minimum rental time - every additional night - half price.
